The emergency reed undergoes an expedited soaking and drying process and is guaranteed to be shipped within 24 business hours of your order. Please note that weekends and holidays are not counted in this timeframe. For example, if you place your order over the weekend, it will be shipped on or before the following Tuesday at 9:00 AM EST. Please refer to this page for the full guaranteed timeline. If we are out of stock of our regular reeds and you can't wait for them to be back in stock, these emergency reeds are a great option in a pinch.
 
We highly recommend also upgrading your shipping to Priority Mail USPS for the fastest service. You can add on this service at checkout.
 
Emergency reeds are an exception to our return policy and are non-refundable for ANY reason due to the after-hours time and care that went into making this reed (yes, even if you hate it and even if it arrives damaged). You are willing to take this risk when you order the reed. As there is no way to control the speed after we ship it out, we also do not give refunds on emergency reeds due to delays in USPS pickup or transit. Thank you for your understanding.
